Employees were friendly and the room was fine, not amazing. This is a great resort for families. The rooms are clean and spacious. It has easy access to the beach & the indoor water park is a MUST in the winter! We never had a single problem with housekeeping; my wife and I are not messy people anyway, so there was actually very little for them to do in our rooms, but it was always done when we were away and they never knocked or called when we had the 'Privacy' card in the lock; as I've experienced other places. I look forward to our next visit to Dunes Village. My entire family had a super great time. The weekly cleaning of our room was done by friendly staff. It has everything from.
